Dwelling in a part of London once-thriving with factories making anything from peanuts to porcelain, the area around the Algha Works factory where spectacles have been made for over 120 years, has been completely transformed. Meanwhile, on the inside nothing much is different, including many of the original machines used to create eyewear worn by the likes of John Lennon, Daniel Radcliffe in the Harry Potter films and Johnny Depp, among countless others.
